I'm guessing not many, but Della Mae's is a significant one: to showcase top female musicians, and to improve opportunities for women and girls through advocacy, mentorship, programming, and performance.

Della Mae’s broad-minded approach to music excels especially well in their masterful workout on The Allman Brothers Band classic, “Whipping Post.” The simultaneously weeping and surging melody, complex picking, and Woodsmith’s bluesy pleas, stir up a squall of reverence and innovation. But long enough that I’ve forgotten, as good as their music is, it can’t compare to seeing them live. You just can’t record that kind of energy.
